How fees work

Attorney consultation. $250, paid when you book. A phone consultation with Joshua N. Rose to go through what claims you have, which forum they belong in, and what to do first. The fee is held in the firm's client trust account until the consultation takes place and is not credited toward a retainer. Full refund or a new time if you cancel or reschedule.

Representation. Billed hourly against a retainer. The retainer depends on the matter and is set at the consultation. You receive an itemized statement each month.
